Submission Guidelines (Journal Track)
The journal track papers should be submitted to Machine Learning Journal directly, please refer to https://link.springer.com/journal/10994/updates/25552250. Please select “S.I. Learning and Reasoning” (under Details -> Collection) when you are submitting to the IJCLR 2024 MLJ S. I.Submission Guidelines (Main Track)
Submissions will be handled by CMT. To submit a paper to Main Track of IJCLR2024, authors are invited to follow the Submission Link. After completing the registration by opening the link, select the Track name from the dropdown menu of the “Create new submission” button to make your submission. After completing the submission, you can continue to upload supplementary materials on the Submissions page.Submissions must be in Springer LNCS format, according to the Springer LNCS author instructions. A full range of general questions about submissions to Springer journals can be found on Springer’s website.
Conference papers may be either long papers, of up to 15 pages, including references, or short papers (extened abstract) of up to 6-9 pages, including references. Please note that Long paper should be submitted to the “Main Track” on CMT; Short Paper (Extended Abstract) should be submitted to the “Extended Abstract Track” on CMT.
This year, we will maintain the longstanding practice of single-blind peer review for the conference. We will also continue to learn from the strengths of other conferences to optimize our review process in future events.

To submit a paper to Special Track of IJCLR2024, authors are invited to follow the Submission Link. After completing the registration by opening the link, select the “Special Track” option from the dropdown menu of the “Create new submission” button to make your submission. After completing the submission, you can continue to upload supplementary materials on the Submissions page.Submissions must be in Springer LNCS format, according to the Springer LNCS author instructions.
